Guerrilla Theatre Front (GTF) is a non-profit collective of artists who are dedicated to creating the most unique and memorable performance pieces in Baltimore. Established in 2018, GTF lives to engage our audiences in edgy, wild and fun theater. Theatre should not be boring and we are living proof of that. Whether it’s with our annual production of The Rocky Horror Show, our Cinematic reading series (dramatic readings of popular movies), pop-up theatre performances in unique spaces in Baltimore or social activism through art, GTF is consistently pushing the boundaries of what theatre is and can be.
We are committed to creating and maintaining radically safe spaces for our artists & audiences. Therefore we partner and consult with Baltimore community organizations, and/or write our own policies with a dedication to advocating for the safety and inclusion of all artists.
"The Baltimore theatre and performing arts community is a uniquely thriving, enacious part of an equally determined city. Our productions reflect that; they are vulnerable and brave and alive. This document in no way seeks to suppress that creativity; it merely seeks to support the safety and comfort of all participants. We are committed to ensuring a performing arts community in Baltimore that is able to prevent and respond to sexual harassment and sexual assault. We envision a performing arts community in Baltimore that is free from all forms of sexual violence."
Guerrilla Theatre Front is fiscally sponsored by House of Bankerd, Inc. a 501(c)3 organization.
